I have been working in the Motor Industry and Motability trained for over 2 years. I am a friendly and reliable person with excellent customer service skills. I have worked in a customer facing retail role for 16 years and I pride myself on customer satisfaction.
I have been working in the Motor Industry for just over 4 years and have been Motability accredited for 3 and half of these. I am a caring and compassionate person and can offer an excellent customer service experience. My previous occupation of working with young offenders and disadvantaged children, has helped me develop many skills and allows me to deal with people, from all walks of life. In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my dog and also have a passion for cars.
I have been a proud member of Lifestyle Motor Group since March 2012 and I have provided outstanding Motability customer service for 4 years, I pride myself on my vast knowledge of the Renault product. I always take time to get to know my customers to make sure I can help select the correct vehicle for them and by doing this I have now gained a great customer profile.

I enjoy taking the time to get to know my customers, and finding the correct vehicle for them. I've a vast knowledge of the Renault brand, and a great understanding of all things Motability, including adaptations.
